INFORMACIÓN:

LEY 9/2017 de 8 de noviembre, CONTRATOS DEL SECTOR PUBLICO. Art. 159. Procedimiento abierto simplificado.

Con motivo del inicio del nuevo expediente de contratación del Bar-Cafetería (2019) del Museo de San Carlos, se encuentra en proceso de desarrollo la documentación necesaria (PPT y PCAP) para el inicio de un PROCEDIMIENTO ABIERTO SIMPLIFICADO, que será publicada en fechas todavía por determinar, en la PLATAFORMA DE CONTRATACIÓN DEL ESTADO.

Como requisito necesaria para poder licitar dicha contratación se tendrá en cuenta en Art. 159. 4a, de la citada Ley 9/2017 , donde especifica que todos los licitadores deberán estar inscritos, o en su caso justificante de la solicitud de inscripción, en el Registro Oficial de Licitadores y Empresas Clasificadas del Sector Público (ROLECE).

The Castillo de San Carlos Consortium, as well as its statutes, were constituted by an agreement signed between the Ministry of Defense, the Balearic Government, the Consell de Mallorca and the City Council of Palma, on April 7, 1997, giving coverage through the Resolution 104/1997 of May 29, of the Assistant Secretary of the Ministry of Defense. Official Gazette No. 143 of June 16, 1997.

By application of the final provision two of the law 27/2013, of 27 December about rationalization and sustainability of the local Administration, the Consortium of the Castillo de San Carlos has been assigned to the National Government and to the Ministry of Defense.

According to Article 19, point 9 of the statutes of the Castillo de San Carlos Consortium:

“It is the responsibility of the Permanent Commission to: order, approve and contract all kinds of projects, construction works, structural reforms, facilities and services, as well as the purchase and sale of all kinds of goods and any other contracts aimed at fulfilling the objectives of the Consortium, all within the limits of the approved annual budget.”
