Pendiente de adjudicación de la nueva contrata para el Bar-Cafetería

The Castillo de San Carlos Consortium, as well as its statutes, were constituted by an agreement signed between the Ministry of Defense, the Balearic Government, the Consell de Mallorca and the City Council of Palma, on April 7, 1997, giving coverage through the Resolution 104/1997 of May 29, of the Assistant Secretary of the Ministry of Defense. Official Gazette No. 143 of June 16, 1997.

By application of the final provision two of the law 27/2013, of 27 December about rationalization and sustainability of the local Administration, the Consortium of the Castillo de San Carlos has been assigned to the National Government and to the Ministry of Defense.

According to Article 19, point 9 of the statutes of the Castillo de San Carlos Consortium:

“It is the responsibility of the Permanent Commission to: order, approve and contract all kinds of projects, construction works, structural reforms, facilities and services, as well as the purchase and sale of all kinds of goods and any other contracts aimed at fulfilling the objectives of the Consortium, all within the limits of the approved annual budget.”
